A keen student of people and the world, Rafael’s mind never stops working. As Director of Marketing & Customer Care, he’s constantly looking deeper into the cultural patterns that shape behaviour and the market, so he can provide our clients with the best possible solutions for their needs.

With 15 years of experience of results-oriented creativity, Rafael’s expertise covers branding, social media, marketing communications planning, media, product launching, visual identity, and customer care experience. But his most important skill is simply listening to clients and understanding how to help them achieve their outcomes. 

Prior to joining Governance Solutions, Rafael worked for the Cultural and Arts Department of The City of Campinas (Brazil), before moving to the Interior Design and Architectural Products sector. Rafael also has a degree in Advertising and a Masters in Marketing. After work, you can find him passionately binge-watching his favourite shows.
