About This Program:
Empower Your Financial Understanding with our 4-week program designed for professionals at the early stages of financial literacy. Gain the confidence to understand and analyze your organization's key financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, and ask the right questions in the boardroom.
Why This Program Stands Out:
Designed by David Brown, Executive Vice-President of Governance Solutions, this program leverages his extensive financial expertise. With years of experience supporting organizations worldwide, David has trained senior leaders who were well-versed in governance but often intimidated by financial matters. This program equips you with the skills to confidently interpret financial reports, empowering you to understand key financial indicators like revenue, profit, cash, and capital.
With engaging sessions featuring practical tools and board simulations, this program helps you gain hands-on experience with financial reports.
"This series was incredibly helpful for me as a non-financial leader. I now feel more confident in understanding financials and supporting my board effectively."
Lora Meseman, Pro.Dir® – General Counsel, Winnipeg Community Centres
